McKayla Rose Maroney has retired as an American singer and artistic gymnast. She was part of the American women's gymnastics squad, known as the Fierce Five. In the Summer Olympics in 2012 she took home a gold for team and silver for individual vault. The beginning of her career. McKayla Rose Maroney was born in Aliso Viejo, California, on the 9th of December 1995. She is the daughter of Erin and Mike Maroney (died 2019). McKayla's Irish Catholic background is her ancestry. She had two brothers, Tarynn and Kav. Homeschooling was done in order to help her prepare for elite gymnastics. Maroney recalls, "When i was a young child, I watched Tarzan as I ran around on my fours. My mother would say"I must put my child into gymnastics. Lauren is currently in a relationship with the fitness model David Kagan (since August 2013) since the day they tied the knot. Aria Skye Kagan was born to the couple on 29th December in 2019. The couple briefly resided in Topeka however, she was haunted by memories of being exiled from her family and church. Her mother, father, two siblings, and her brother were members of the church but cut all connections with her.
